If we're talking fanvids, a montage of the movie with anything doo-wop (such as "Sh-Boom" made famous by the Cars movie) would be lovely. Everlasting friendship, queerplatonic love, and romantic love all rock my world. I am always into the Holmes/Watson love, which in my fandoms translates to Basil/Dawson and Shirley/Jamila.
Special requests: I must confess to a soft spot for reading and writing about flogging/whipping (NOT domestic discipline between the mains, to be clear!) and just getting the living shit beat out of either of the characters so the other can cry over them and comfort them. This can be Victorian-era canon or bad-guy vengeance. Emotional h/c also rocks my world. Reichenbach is not canon in either of the two manifestations I requested, which is just as well, as the grief is too much for me. In the unlikely event you're writing Shirley/Jamila, I'd prefer whump to be aged-up, as beating up ten-year-olds is a bit much for me.
